| Time is
of the essence and we are looking for an early response, particularly as
sponsors will be involved in setting the award criteria and the judging
panel. Judging will be carried out on a conversational closed loop on this
website and the winners will be selected at, or close to, the conference
itself in order to ensure confidentiality and high-level media interest.

How the Awards are marketed |

In conjunction with
the Annual World Mail & Express Asia, Europe & Americas Conferences
Information and application details for the World Mail Awards are sent to
all those who are contacted with details of the annual World Mail & Express
Europe Conference and Exhibition. This consists of a highly targeted and
researched mailing list of approximately 12,000 contacts plus a further
10,000 contacts through industry associations. In addition, exhibitors and
sponsors promote the event or provide executive databases.

Direct Marketing
Application and nomination details are sent to those who have applied for an
award in the past, have shown interest in making an application in the
future or who have been recommended for consideration through appropriate
products or services noted during research throughout the year.

Website
The awards website is updated throughout the year and is linked to the
websites of the award category sponsors, who provide links from their
websites to the awards website, as do many trade associations, past winners
and judges.

Public Relations
Press coverage is expected from sponsors’ and winners’ in-house magazines,
from trade association newsletters and from publications such as:
