Gala Dinner

The Awards are presented annually at a glittering Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony. In 2010, the 11th World Mail Awards were presented by Annette Heick at a black tie dinner at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Denmark, Copenhagen on the eve of the World Mail & Express Europe Conference and Exhibition.

Annette Heick combines a life long love of the music business with a busy career in media. Born into a family with a love of music, Annette took her first steps as a singer at a young age, touring with her parents all over the country performing with them. By the age of 14 she was already writing lyrics when she was 17 she had a major hit with one of Denmark’s greatest pop writers.

Annette has continued to write music and take part in musicals; She recorded her own debut solo album, “Right Time”, in 2006.

Annette has also run her own company producing television shows. She is a professional journalist and has hosted numerous shows on national TV.

She speaks five languages fluently and is currently engaged in projects for Warner Brothers and Disney.
